Job summary

HearUSA is seeking an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist at our Indiana center. You will perform hearing evaluations, fit and demonstrate hearing aids, and provide personalized recommendations based on test results and client needs.

Role requires active state licensure, 1–5 years of experience, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail. You will engage in follow-ups, repairs, and ongoing professional development while supporting community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good written communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids for clients.
• Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to show benefits.
• Evaluate test results with client needs to make personalized recommendations.
• Conduct follow-ups, cleanings, repairs, and ear impressions as needed.
• Collaborate with district leaders to grow center revenue and implement initiatives.
• Build local community outreach and physician marketing once per quarter.
• Comply with state laws, FDA guidelines, and HIPAA documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development across service delivery and troubleshooting.
