Job summary
HearUSA is seeking an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, guide fitting and selection of hearing aids, and provide client-centered care across our U.S. centers.
The role includes demonstrations, follow-ups, and ongoing professional development in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should hold an active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing, with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- 1-5 years of experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with customers/clients clearly and concisely.
- Capable of working quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids following client-centric guidelines.
- Demonstrate hearing aids and explain features to clients.
- Evaluate results and make personalized recommendations to maximize client benefits.
- Perform routine repairs, maintenance, and follow-ups on devices.
- Support marketing and community outreach to grow center revenue and awareness.
