HearUSA is seeking a qualified Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to join our expanding team in the United States. You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and fitting of hearing aids, delivering personalized care to each client with a focus on optimal outcomes.
The role requires an active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing.
- Experience in audiology or hearing aid specialist role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids for clients following best practices.
- Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create a personalized experience.
- Evaluate test results with client needs to make tailored recommendations.
- Conduct routine follow-ups, cleanings, checks and repairs of hearing aids.
- Support center revenue growth through community outreach and physician marketing.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals for all clients.
