HearUSA is seeking a qualified Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to join our expanding team in the United States. You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and fitting of hearing aids, delivering personalized care to each client with a focus on optimal outcomes.

The role requires an active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids for clients following best practices.
• Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create a personalized experience.
• Evaluate test results with client needs to make tailored recommendations.
• Conduct routine follow-ups, cleanings, checks and repairs of hearing aids.
• Support center revenue growth through community outreach and physician marketing.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals for all clients.
