Job summary

HearUSA is seeking a skilled Hearing Care Provider to conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids, and support ongoing patient care across a nationwide network of centers.

You will demonstrate devices, provide personalized recommendations, and participate in community outreach while adhering to regulatory guidelines and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in audiology or hearing aid dispensing.
• Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluation, hearing aid selection and fitting for clients.
• Routinely demonstrates hearing aids as part of annual evaluations.
• Evaluate test results and make personalized recommendations.
• Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, and repairs; ear impression taking.
• Partner with leadership to grow center revenue and participate in outreach.
• Build a local community and support marketing campaigns, such as physician outreach.
• Comply with license laws, FDA guidelines, HIPAA, and Quality Practice Guidelines.
• Engage in continued professional development to maintain expertise.
• Embrace company culture and values.
