Job summary

HearUSA in the United States is seeking an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, assist in selecting and fitting hearing aids, and deliver patient-centered care.

You will conduct follow-ups, maintenance, and troubleshooting, document outcomes, and collaborate with district managers to grow the center's impact while upholding HIPAA and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in audiology or hearing aid specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Perform hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids per client needs.
• Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations for clients.
• Follow up, cleanings, and repairs; ear impressions and ALD accessories.
• Collaborate with District Manager and team leads to grow center revenue.
• Build local community; assist physician marketing and health fairs.
• Comply with license laws, FDA guidelines, HIPAA; document notes and referrals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Embrace company values and culture.
