Job summary
WS Audiology USA seeks an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to evaluate, fit and support clients across our centers in Florida. You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids, and provide personalized recommendations.
You will build relationships with patients, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in community outreach and professional development as part of our Simply Excellent Hearing Care culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- 1-5 years of experience preferred.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience interacting with customers/clients.
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and fittings for clients.
- Demonstrate hearing aids and provide personalized recommendations.
- Follow up, cleanings, checks and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with management and trainers to support center growth.
