WS Audiology USA is seeking a dedicated audiology professional to deliver comprehensive hearing evaluations and precise fittings for clients in Santa Monica. You will demonstrate hearing aids, offer personalized recommendations, and engage with the local community to grow patient reach.

The role requires an active state license and experience in hearing care, with a focus on high-quality customer interaction and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing.
• Experience in audiology or hearing aid services.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and fittings for clients.
• Routinely demonstrate hearing aids during evaluations to create a “wow” moment.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on test results and client needs.
• Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, repairs, and ear impression work.
• Collaborate with District manager and team leads to grow center revenue.
• Build local community outreach and physician marketing quarterly.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals for all clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain expertise in hearing care.
• Embrace company culture and values in daily work.
