HearUSA, a HearUSA/WSA group member, is seeking an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist for its California centers. The role involves performing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, and following up with clients to ensure optimal outcomes.

Applicants should hold an active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing and have 1–5 years of relevant experience. The position emphasizes excellent patient interaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience interacting with customers/clients.
• Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluation, hearing aid selection and fitting.
• Routinely demonstrates hearing aids as part of annual evaluations to create the ‘wow’ moment.
• Evaluate test results and provide personalized recommendations.
• Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, and repairs; ear impression taking and earmold modification.
• Support center revenue growth through community outreach and physician marketing.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals for all clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to HearUSA guidelines.
