Job summary

HearUSA in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, fittings, and personalized recommendations. You will conduct demonstrations, follow-ups and repairs while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Active state licensure in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing is required, with 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Expect a dynamic, customer-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
• Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluation, hearing aid selection and fitting for all clients.
• Routinely demonstrate hearing aids and educate clients during evaluations.
• Evaluate test results to make personalized recommendations.
• Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, checks and repairs.
• Maintain ear impressions, earmold modifications and ALD accessory recommendations.
• Support center revenue growth and community outreach efforts.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals.
