• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits.
• Assist with patient intake forms and maintain files/notes.
• Provide first level support and process payments.
• Manage inventory and assist with community events.
