Job summary

Sonova Bellevue is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support hearing care professionals and patients in the Bellevue clinic. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, process payments, and help with daily clinic tasks.

The role emphasizes strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork within a patient-centered environment. Will participate in community events and help maintain equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Experience with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests and consultations.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Provide first level support to patients and process payments.
• Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and supplies.
• Coordinate at least 1 community outreach event per month.
