Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers by engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting hearing health solutions at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Buford, GA.

This on-site role requires strong customer service, sales experience, and the ability to meet daily outreach and testing targets while promoting non-hearing aid products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Secure minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when applicable.
• Learn and use handheld screener as qualified leads intercept tool.
• Assist with returning visits and referrals as needed.
• Promote HAC at Sam’s Club events and other marketing events.
• Based in HAC, but will spend ~95% of time walking the club and scheduling tests.
