Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for an on-site position at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Hot Springs, AR. You will assist the licensed dispenser, engage members, educate on hearing wellness, and drive growth through outreach.

The role requires strong customer service, sales or retail experience, and the ability to schedule appointments using basic computer systems. Interactions occur at the center and during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software, basic internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization and problem solving.
• Experience scheduling patient/customer appointments.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assist licensed dispenser to meet daily goals.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness and services offered.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow ups with members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Support events and community outreach to grow the center.
