Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma and strong customer service or sales experience, plus comfort with scheduling software and PCs. On-site work with proactive community outreach is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness and services.
• Schedule appointments and secure test bookings.
• Aim for 4+ immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily where possible.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when suitable.
