Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded, fast-paced team delivering industry-leading, healthy menu options. You will prepare items according to recipes and safety guidelines to meet our members' expectations.

You will support Bistro and LifeCafe operations, maintain cleanliness, and manage the flow of food production at stations while ensuring consistency and quality. Certifications in ServSafe and CPR/AED are required within specified periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
