Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded, fast-paced team focused on preparing industry-leading healthy food options for members. You will produce items per recipes, maintaining safety and quality standards in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include keeping the Bistro and LifeCafe clean, supporting food production flow, and adhering to recipes to ensure consistency. Prior experience in fast casual or full-service restaurants is preferred, with ServSafe and CPR/AED

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification required within first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs: stocking supplies, cleanliness, safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, washing dishes.
• Manages food production flow with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality.
