Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join our health-minded team in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will produce menu items from recipes, follow food safety guidelines, and help keep the Bistro and LifeCafe running smoothly for our members.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 20 lb, and ServSafe within 90 days and CPR/AED within 30 days. Experience in fast casual or full-service restaurants and recipe prep are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen safety
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, and washing dishes
• Manages the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
