Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded team in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare menu items per recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow food safety guidelines to serve our members high-quality options. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, managing the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations, and ensuring consistency and freshness by adhering to recipes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience.
• Experience prepping recipes.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
