Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join our health-minded team in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will prepare menu items according to recipes while following strict food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality meals for our members. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, keeping LifeCafe and kitchen clean, and coordinating with the sandwich and salad stations to maintain smooth food production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, equipment cleaning and dishwashing.
• Manages the flow of food production with the sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
