Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to work with health-minded teammates in a fun, fast-paced environment, delivering menu items per recipes while adhering to food safety guidelines. The role supports Bistro operations, LifeCafe, and kitchen stations, ensuring consistency and quality.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen.
Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations.
Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
