Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded, fast-paced team delivering our members industry-leading healthy options. The role involves following recipes, producing items on time, and upholding safety standards in a cafe/kitchen environment.

You will work with the Bistro team to manage food production flow, maintain cleanliness, and ensure consistent quality across menu items. Experience in restaurant settings is preferred, with ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs as part of duties.
• ServSafe certification within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs: stocking supplies, cleanliness, safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, dishes.
• Manages flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency.
