Job summary

Luma Health, Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer in Utah to drive technical engagements with healthcare buyers. You will demo and position AI-powered health tech solutions, map requirements to product value, and guide customers through complex integrations with major EHR systems.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, leveraging your knowledge of workflow automation and patient engagement platforms to close deals and deliver measurable outcomes for healthcare providers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in healthcare technology.
Experience with patient access and engagement workflows including scheduling, intake, referral management, and patient communication platforms.
Comfortable discussing API and integration concepts such as HL7, FHIR, and webhooks with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate with confidence, leverage empathy to create confidence during deal cycle.
Collaborate with product development to ensure seamless integration of solutions with healthcare systems.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategy.
