Job summary

BridgeHealthAI is seeking a full-time Business Operations Lead to own day-to-day execution across 5+ health center clients. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and engineering to ensure data accuracy, smooth onboarding, and QA across outreach campaigns.

You will translate client feedback into actionable work, support light product improvements, and help develop collateral for client conversations. This role blends hands-on ops with strategic impact in a fast-growing health-tech

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in health care, health tech, or health ops
• Hands-on product QA or user acceptance testing with a technical team
• Experience onboarding or implementing for software clients
• Strong written communication for sensitive or patient-facing content
• Comfortable with structured data and multiple workstreams
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy before patient delivery
• Self-directed with multiple priorities
• Thrives in an early-stage environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows across multiple health center clients with data accuracy and timely follow-through
• Coordinate inbound patient responses to outreach campaigns and escalate appropriately
• Support new client onboarding across use cases: approvals, templates, go-live
• Own QA across outreach campaigns and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues
• Translate client feedback and QA findings into actionable engineering tickets
• Support light product improvements and moves to implementation
• Help create sales and marketing collateral for outreach and client conversations
