Job summary

BridgeHealthAI seeks a Senior Product Manager in Chicago to transform healthcare operations into scalable software. You will own end-to-end products, engage directly with health center executives and frontline teams, and co-design workflows that reduce friction and elevate patient care.

In this role you’ll partner with engineers, define clear requirements, test ideas with customers, and drive adoption across complex health ecosystems. Hybrid work and early-stage opportunity are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or health tech.
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and stakeholder needs.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and ability to run sessions with executives and staff.
• Ability to translate insights into scalable product direction and requirements.
• Strong product UX judgment, business judgment, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping and product development.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and maintain ownership from discovery to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end products and workflows from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Lead conversations directly with healthcare executives and frontline staff.
• Co-design solutions with customers and translate problems into better workflows.
• Facilitate ambiguous conversations, surface problems, and define next steps for the team.
• Turn customer conversations into scalable product direction and patterns across customers.
• Prototype and test ideas quickly with users and iterate pre/post launch.
• Translate complex healthcare operations into intuitive products that reduce admin burden.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate needs into clear requirements and tradeoffs.
• Map current/state and future/state workflows, across people, systems, decisions.
• Define and track success metrics using data and user feedback.
