Job summary

Commure is seeking an Operations Manager, Air, to own end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on Athelas Air (EHR). You will partner with Engineering and Launch to ensure smooth transitions, timely delivery, and high adoption.

You will shape playbooks, define success metrics, and continuously refine processes for faster value. You will lead cross-functional teams, align on deliverables, and act as the primary operations liaison across Sales, CS, Product, Eng, and Support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs to on-time delivery.
• Ability to map clinical and administrative workflows.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Success, Product, Eng, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on Athelas Air (EHR).
• Draft functional and technical specs based on customer needs.
• Lead launch teams with weekly status calls and risk mitigation.
• Build scalable launch playbooks and templates for data migration and go-live support.
• Monitor adoption metrics and ensure high time-to-value post go-live.
