You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, using critical thinking to design and implement transformational improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of work experience in healthcare, consulting, or healthcare industries (revenue cycle, hospital, accounting, audit, PE, or healthcare ops).
• Foundational understanding of healthcare workforce strategy, operations or labor market trends.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to create client deliverables.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, benchmarking data is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance and inform recommendations.
• Perform benchmarking and root cause analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Map processes and conduct gap analyses while managing client and internal projects.
• Conduct client interviews and observations to define current state and actionable improvements.
• Analyze data for root cause analysis and actionable insights.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and assist with pitches and proposals.
• Manage workstreams or projects and drive to completion.
