Our team collaborates across finance, HR, IT and analytics to improve EBITDA and cash flow.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare field such as MHA/MPH.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities are essential.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CFA) are a plus and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle including due diligence, carve-outs and integration planning.
• Develop hypotheses on value levers from industry experience and client specifics.
• Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders and analyze financial/operational data for potential value.
• Support Day 1 planning, operating model definition and transaction execution.
