Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of work experience in healthcare, consulting or healthcare industry with a healthcare focus.
• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH.
• Foundational understanding of the healthcare industry, including workforce strategy, operations, or labor market trends.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and professional client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance and inform recommendations.
• Benchmarking and root cause analyses to identify performance gaps.
• Map out processes and perform gap analyses while coordinating client and internal projects.
• Conduct client interviews and observations to define current state and identify actionable items.
• Analyze and sample data for root cause analysis.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and assist with presentations and proposals.
• Manage assigned workstreams or projects and drive them to completion.
