Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling experience.
• CPA/CFA or progress toward certifications is a plus.
• Experience managing client engagements and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle including due diligence, carve-outs, and integration planning.
• Develop hypotheses around value levers in M&A transactions based on industry experience.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and rapidly analyze financial and operational data.
• Support Day 1 planning, operating model definition, and transaction execution initiatives.
• Identify value creation opportunities and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Improve client tracking tools and KPIs; manage engagement economics and billing.
