The team specializes in due diligence, integration planning, and strategic cost optimization while building value across the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with M&A transactions and/or healthcare operations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with stringent timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Developing hypotheses around value levers in M&A transactions based on client situation.
• Interviews with senior client and target stakeholders and rapid analysis of financial data.
• Defining operating models, Day 1 planning, and transaction execution initiatives.
• Identifying value creation opportunities and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Engaging with C-suite and board-level conversations and developing proposals.
• Mentoring junior staff and managing project teams and budgets.
