Job summary

Waste Management is seeking an on-site Hospital Services Worker in New York to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs. You will maintain a strict service schedule and interact professionally with hospital staff to ensure service expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization compliance as required by customers.
• 2 years industry-related experience in customer service preferred or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
