Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker based in Chicago to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs such as Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to ensure service excellence. The job includes a 4am start and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations is required.
• 2 years industry experience in a customer service role preferred or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
