WMHS Hospital Services is seeking a part-time Hospital Services Worker to travel between customer healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers under WM Healthcare Solutions programs. This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer-service skills.

The position involves maintaining a strict service schedule, coordinating with facility staff, and adhering to immunization requirements.

Qualifications

• On-site presence required at WMHS customer locations.
• 2 years of industry-related customer service experience preferred or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and tact in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to meet expectations.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
