Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-service orientation. It involves a Monday–Friday shift with 30–36 hours per week and an hourly pay rate of $20.

Qualifications

• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred.
• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with immunization requirements.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
