Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between healthcare facilities, collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs. You will interact with on-site staff, maintain a strict service schedule, and report duty status as required.

The role requires on-site presence, immunization compliance, and a valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED is preferred and experience in a customer-service setting is valued.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
