Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs such as Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and communication skills. The position is hybrid with on-site duties across facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent work experience with strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
