Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs such as Sharps Management and Pharmaceutical Waste. The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and adherence to a strict schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license and 2 years of related experience or equivalent education; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunizations.
• 2 years industry-related experience in a customer service role preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers.
• Interact professionally with on-site staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
