Option Care Health is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and proper inventory control. You will coordinate shipping, source cost-effective products, and maintain compliance with policies and legal standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and basic PC and email proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills and email/internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish relationships with clients.
• Purchases supplies following proper procedures; sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical counts.
• Protects patient confidentiality and company information.
• Completes QAR forms and supports incident reporting with leadership.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities if required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
