Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Mount Pleasant, SC to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain inventory in compliance with policies and legal standards.

Responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing supplies, coordinating with clinicians, and overseeing shipping schedules. The role requires travel up to 50% and prior warehouse experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience communicating orally, on phone, and in writing with diverse audiences.
• Basic PC and email skills are required to perform daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and coordinates shipping.
• Purchases supplies and sources cost-effective products per clinician guidance and contracts.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical inventory; monitors equipment and maintenance.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Completes QAR forms and reports medication- or equipment-related incidents.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as required by the General Manager.
• Accepts additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
