Job summary

Wing is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support patient care remotely. The role requires USRN licensure, at least 1 year of Medical VA experience, and strong English communication. You will relay test results, coordinate referrals, schedule labs, and maintain EMR with HIPAA compliance.

This remote, US-based position offers 40 hours per week with graveyard shifts and a salary up to PHP 39,500 per month, with benefits and paid training. Filipino candidates only are invited to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Call patients to relay test results in a timely and professional manner.
• 2. Create and process referrals for specialised healthcare providers.
• 3. Order labs and imaging while coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients.
• 4. Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• 5. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• 6. Use communication tools like Avaya soft phone to interact with patients and healthcare providers.
• 7. Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• RN License (USRN any state)
• At least 1-year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
• Specialisation or experience in patient care, family medicine, acute care, or clinical settings is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal (At Least C1 level)
• Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to details
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Salary Package (with HMO)

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 48,000
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
