Job summary

Wing is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support patient care remotely. The role requires USRN licensure, at least 1 year of Medical VA experience, and strong English communication. You will relay test results, coordinate referrals, schedule labs, and maintain EMR with HIPAA compliance.

This remote, US-based position offers 40 hours per week with graveyard shifts and a salary up to PHP 39,500 per month, with benefits and paid training. Filipino candidates only are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• RN License (USRN, any state) is required
• At least 1 year as Medical Virtual Assistant
• Experience in patient care settings preferred
• Excellent English communication (C1)
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR and HIPAA compliance
• Proficient with AVAYA/VoIP and common medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Call patients to relay test results in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and process referrals for specialised healthcare providers.
• Order labs and imaging; coordinate and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update EMR with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Interact with patients and providers using VoIP tools.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to support the healthcare team
