Job summary

Wing is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support patients and clinicians remotely. The role requires an RN license (Philippines or USRN) and at least 1 year of medical VA experience, with strong English skills and HIPAA compliance.

You will manage test results, referrals, labs, scheduling, and EMR maintenance from a US-friendly remote setting. We offer 100% work-from-home with benefits, training, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RN license or USRN certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant.
• Proficient in EHR/EMR and healthcare privacy rules.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Able to work US-friendly graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Call patients to relay test results professionally.
• Create referrals and coordinate scheduling with providers.
• Order labs/imaging and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update EMR with accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Use Avaya softphone to communicate with patients/providers.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to support healthcare team.
