Job summary

The Project Manager of Value Analysis leads implementation of system-level value analysis initiatives to support integration across clinical and non-clinical areas. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting with project management and performance/process improvement responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field and RN degree.
• Project Management certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead product review, evaluation, selection, and implementation processes.
• Conduct utilization analysis, evidence-based review, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to supply chain and hospital operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for standardization of supplies, equipment, and services.
