The role oversees new product requests, facilitates value analysis initiatives, and leads implementation and conversion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading value analysis, supply chain, or healthcare initiatives.
• Knowledge of value analysis methodologies, product standardization, and utilization management.
• Ability to analyze clinical, operational, financial, and quality data.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day value analysis operations and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Gatekeeper for new product requests and vendor products.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders for representation.
• Organize value analysis team meetings and activities.
• Analyze data to identify savings and process improvements.
• Research peer-reviewed evidence to support product evaluations.
• Develop evaluation criteria and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Lead product standardization and vendor market share changes.
• Develop and maintain value analysis policies and workflows.
• Coordinate educational programs and mentor specialists.
