Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Value Analysis Analyst to support the Value Analysis program by analyzing clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for product standardization and cost optimization. You will collaborate with clinical, supply chain, and finance teams to support evaluations and implementation of approved initiatives.

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years of relevant healthcare data analysis experience.
Proficient in Excel and data visualization with dashboards.
Experience analyzing clinical, financial, operational data in healthcare.
Familiar with AI-enabled tools for productivity and evaluating outputs.
Knowledge of ERP/MMIS/EMR systems and healthcare benchmarking.
Lean, continuous improvement or project management experience.
Willingness to travel and hybrid work three days in office.

Responsibilities

Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, quality, and supply chain data to identify cost savings and optimization.
Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses to support Value Analysis and decision-making.
Track and report cost savings, utilization trends, and initiative outcomes with accurate data.
Support product evaluations, technology assessments, and RFP activities.
Manage sourcing for back orders, discontinuations, recalls; coordinate with supply chain and stakeholders.
Conduct evidence-based research using literature, benchmarking, and market data.
Prepare presentations for Value Analysis committees and meetings.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement product standardization.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data quality.
Monitor healthcare supply chain trends and emerging technologies.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis and reporting and critically evaluate outputs.
