UTMB Health seeks a Value Analysis Project Manager to oversee multiple value analysis projects within Supply Chain Services. You will work under the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis, coordinating product conversions, trials, and stakeholder engagement in a clinical setting.

The role requires strong project management, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaboration with Clinical Operations, Value Analysis, Finance, and IT to realize cost-saving initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare-related field, or equivalent relevant work experience and one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead project portfolio management and governance from intake through benefits realization.
• Develop and maintain project charters, scopes, objectives, deliverables, milestones and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define problems, requirements, and future-state processes.
• Develop implementation plans, standard work, and sustainment plans embedded in daily operations.
• Establish process owners, controls, and escalation thresholds to ensure sustained performance.
• Prepare concise status reports and executive briefings with risks, financial impact, and next steps.
