Qualifications

• Degree preferred and professional experience in value analysis or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading value analysis or related programs.
• Ability to analyze clinical, financial, and quality data.
• Experience evaluating products using evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day value analysis operations to drive standardization and cost-reduction.
• Gatekeeper for new product requests and vendor introductions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to form value analysis teams.
• Organize meetings and drive program activities.
• Analyze data to identify savings opportunities and improvements.
• Develop evaluation criteria and present findings to physicians and stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of product standardization and vendor changes.
• Create and maintain value analysis policies and workflows.
• Coordinate education and mentorship for value analysis staff.
