Vizient is seeking a healthcare value analysis leader to guide strategic initiatives across clinical quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance for client health systems.

You will collaborate with clinicians, supply chain, finance, and executive leaders to implement evidence-based solutions and measurable value delivery, with a focus on governance, standardized methods, and change management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare value analysis or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and utilization management.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including clinical, supply chain, finance and executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic value analysis initiatives to improve clinical quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance for healthcare clients.
• Develop and execute value analysis strategies aligned with client objectives and organizational priorities.
• Provide expert consultation on product utilization, standardization, supply chain optimization, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and executive leaders to identify cost reduction and quality improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, measure initiative outcomes, and communicate results to client and internal leadership.
