Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• 10+ years in program or project management; 5+ years leading large federal IT programs.
• Direct VA experience and knowledge of VA structures is highly preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-contract programs with significant budgets and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for program execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor partners on complex federal IT initiatives.
• Interface with senior government stakeholders and navigate challenging customer dynamics.
• Identify and resolve program risks, performance concerns, and contractual issues.
• Oversee budgets, labor utilization, forecasting, and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, and business development to align execution with priorities.
• Lead executive briefings and program reviews with professionalism and confidence.
