Epic, based on its Madison, WI campus, offers relocation assistance for a Trainer role focused on educating physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will design and deliver training, develop materials, and work with teams to make Epic software more intuitive.

This role blends in-person and virtual sessions and requires travel to support customers nationwide. The position emphasizes starting as the go-to contact for staff, shaping user experiences, and contributing to instructional design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to our own staff.
• Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design and deliver them.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and training programs.
• Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive and user-friendly.
